Beautiful place. Good shot!!

(my gallery)

Thanks Neil.
I have always been a fan of B&W but it has gone on the back burner in this digital age. It was only when I was looking through a recently discovered box of my own photos from the seventies (Olympus OM2)that I realised I probably couldn't do prints of this quality any more.
So my challenge was on. I know it certainly can be done because I've seen some at a gallery.
I may put up some on Pano, but not a lot as it is very much a niche market which most people don't share.

Cheers from Cheshire

Hi there Steve, many thanks,i'm pleased you like them and thanks for calling in.

Best wishes to you too...Neil.

I know Si. One of the cottages we have stayed in quite recently has actually been demolished due to the subsidence, in order to protect the properties below!

Regards Jeff

Thank you Patty - my Santa imitations are over for another year!

Thank you AJ30 in fact ........ "Its taken at the bottom of a clay like sculpture maybe 20 feet tall. Make you feel like you're inside an old hollowed out tree (that's split) or a mud dauber's nest."

Best wishes and a happy new year from North Carolina - Jethro

I'm on the ball replying, as ever, Jethro

My son lives in a very modern house in NY and I was surprised at the amount of timber used in the construction.

Happy New Year buddy

Hi Jeff, not all of Alflaeda terrace has gone, there are three or four cottages remaining at the northerly end..but their future must remain uncertain. I bet they cant get insurance on them!

Pools of 'water' where ere he goes

Jethro sure is kept right on his toes

He claims the 'water' is from the floods

But complaining too much won't do him no good!

(he ought to consult a physicin!)

Thankyou Fernand, i'm pleased you like it...Regards...Neil.
