Where did I get it? I sat in the cold by the lake and took about thirty photographs. This is one of the better ones although I haven't posted my favorites here. If I was going to touch it up I would deal with the green tinge and try to increase the dynamic range a little bit.

You're spot on. The mountain is just a big blob to left of frame and it overpowered everything when I tried it. Those fast moving clouds almost gave me what I wanted but not quite. When they seperate just a bit you can see up the valley and get more depth and balance in the composition.
