I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, backpacking, off road jeeping, and camping in beautiful settings, particularly Sedona, Arizona, USA. I try to take my camera wherever I go, including various neighborhood walks, and keep an open mind as to what I find there. While trying to create beautiful, perhaps inspiring photos, I also find pleasure in documenting interesting views in mundane neighborhoods, city settings, and wherever else I might be at the moment.

A wonderful & colorful photo, well composed. Like - My regards!

This is taken from Mt. EldEn, not MT. EldOn. "Flagstaff from Mt. Elden."

Only one battle ship there in recent years, the Iowa. BB-61 now in San Pedro as a museum. Most of the rest are or were bulk carring or fuel carring ships. The fuel ships were replaced because they had single layered hulls. The supply (bulk) ships were replaced by faster ones. Most, if not all of these were oil burning ships. Boilers making steam to turn the screws. Those are all gone now.
