This is very dramatic. I cannot imagine how it must feel to be in such a cold setting, living in South Africa, but it is very beautiful. Congratulations the lighting is wonderful. Voted. Hazel

This is a man-made dam in Kiamumbi Location. Previously, the area was a settler's coffee farm which was later transferred to the local community by the Kenyatta Government, and to be renamed as "Kiamumbi Farmers Cooperative Society". The dam had been built to specifically irrigate the coffee farms. Currently, almost the whole farm has been subdivided to the members of the society who have also sold to private developers and individuals to build residential buildings.ie. Only the southern part (very green) has remained under coffee cultivation. The dam is currently being transformed into a water source - funded by the World Bank, to supply the needs of the fast growing residential occupants. The picture herein is for a pastoralist in search for water from the Dam.
