Sorry Dude, for the inconvenience this train set has caused you! I can promise it will never happen again!
For your information, all the other trains of this model has been operating in climate zones from subarctic to tempered in thirty years now, without any major problem, and will continue to do so for at least another 15-20 years.

............and yes the two at the front are two of my three grankids!
At last my first pic of the superb Red Kite! They are plentiful in Aylesbury but I've never seen one in Luton! It is a medium-large bird of prey of the family Accipitridae which includes Eagles, Buzzards and Harriers. It is endemic to the Western Palearctic region of Europe and northwest Africa. It is resident in the milder parts of its range in western Europe and northwest Africa but birds from northeastern and central Europe winter further south and west, reaching south to Turkey.
Another view of the beach and lake.
We preferred to get about on bikes!
Quaint little display near the bird-feeding centre!

Our lodge at Center Parc! Four bedrooms all en suite, games room, hot-tub, sauna and steam room! Superb!
