I don't know if there is a base close by. All I was told is that this was part of an old army base. We could drive right out from the shore onto this and what looks like an old helicopter landing pad. The place looks like it has been shot up from all the bullet holes in the walls.

This bell is located in Japanese Gardens in Lethbridge, Alberta. The garden is a beautiful place to visit in the summer as you can sit for hours, read a book and soak in some of the best garden views.
