I don't have a photo from 2807 Pleasant but I may have something useful for you. As you can see on Google Streetview, there is no longer a 2807 Pleasant, but instead a parking lot and an apartment building. I don't have a picture of that building, but I could probably take one for you if you like. I do, however, have sanborn images from 1912 of that block, if that would be of interest to you. It shows a side-by-side duplex structure apparently similar to that of 2801 Pleasant, which is still standing. I'll try and post that now.
just walked through your pile of pix - nice photography - started with the moose. and all because i followed a link on the gibbon ballroom up for auction. thanks for posting these!

I love your Minneota photos, I haven't been there in a couple of years but these are great!
