I come from a back ground of parents who loved to take photo and still very much a part of their lives and I guess you could say its rubbed off. I enjoy surfing, family life and taking photos as a Hobby. I started here on panoramio to show the world a little about my small corner of the world. I hope you enjoy the photos and come away knowing a bit more about this world we live in and how different this part of the world is to the rest of Europe and most other parts of the world.
I have turned the camera back 34 years with a D600 full frame camera enjoying it. still enjoy helping other to enjoy photography as well.
NO MORE INVITES TO NEW GROUPS I DON'T HAVE THE TIME ANY MORE, NOT UNLESS I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND YOUR GROUP IS JUST UP MY ALLY, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE MEET WITH REJECTION.

Hello Steve,
That is very true mate. The Pilbara does have a few ups and downs but is pretty flat to be honest.
I always enjoy capturing the contrast between the blue sky and the red rocks up here and as I said previously, the clouds at this time of year are just awesome and add a bit of drama to your photographs.
No blue skies at the minute though, just rain and wind..... lots of wind.
Regards. Steve

Hi Steve,
Good to see you mate..... suprised to hear that you were caught without your camera :)
The weather in Perth has been a bit changeable of late..... i'll be down there again this weekend (cyclone Rusty permitting). I might stop by and say g'day.
I haven't been to Broome since the mid 90's and is somewhere that I need to visit again :)
All the best. Steve

Hi Steve,
I had no idea that you hailed from that neck of the woods....... it's such a beautiful spot.
I have rellie's living in Auckland and was over there visiting about a year ago. They took me here for a day trip.
There were surfers out there having a good time but as your fine photo shows, conditions can be a bit more testing at times :)
All the best mate. Steve
