I come from a back ground of parents who loved to take photo and still very much a part of their lives and I guess you could say its rubbed off. I enjoy surfing, family life and taking photos as a Hobby. I started here on panoramio to show the world a little about my small corner of the world. I hope you enjoy the photos and come away knowing a bit more about this world we live in and how different this part of the world is to the rest of Europe and most other parts of the world. I have turned the camera back 34 years with a D600 full frame camera enjoying it. Current lens FYI Nikon 50mm F1.4 G Nikon 105mm F2.8 G Nikon 24-120mm F4 G Nikon 70-200mm F4 G Samyang 14mm F2.8 still enjoy helping other to enjoy photography as well. NO MORE INVITES TO NEW GROUPS I DON'T HAVE THE TIME ANY MORE, NOT UNLESS I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND YOUR GROUP IS JUST UP MY ALLY, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE MEET WITH REJECTION.

Sleipnir's Master and Tony, my thanks for your visits to this and these thoughtful comments. SM - truly was a great price for F&Chips. We managed to witness the local pipe band and highland dancers in the streets whilst visiting Thurso too. Thank for the link. Tony, yes we share the same thoughts and actions with mist and fog. I have some 'high-key' shots from here too and will probably post them later.

Cheers, Herb
