I come from a back ground of parents who loved to take photo and still very much a part of their lives and I guess you could say its rubbed off. I enjoy surfing, family life and taking photos as a Hobby. I started here on panoramio to show the world a little about my small corner of the world. I hope you enjoy the photos and come away knowing a bit more about this world we live in and how different this part of the world is to the rest of Europe and most other parts of the world. I have turned the camera back 34 years with a D600 full frame camera enjoying it. Current lens FYI Nikon 50mm F1.4 G Nikon 105mm F2.8 G Nikon 24-120mm F4 G Nikon 70-200mm F4 G Samyang 14mm F2.8 Tamron 150-600F5-6.3 SP Di VC USD still enjoy helping other to enjoy photography as well. NO MORE INVITES TO NEW GROUPS I DON'T HAVE THE TIME ANY MORE, NOT UNLESS I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND YOUR GROUP IS JUST UP MY ALLY, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE MEET WITH REJECTION.

Thank you very much Nikos1954 for your very kind comment, visit, like + Fav.

Berend i had to get up in the dark for the shot this area does not look so nice by the light of day. this was what i was after but it was not easy as there where a lot of lights in the foreground i put on the lens hood to keep out stray light and hence long focal length. Steve

Berend was a very cold morning with a very strong easterly hence why the steam is blowing into the photo on the left. in the middle of photo you can see the fire burning on top of the BP refinery tower. Thanks Steve

Fantastic coastline,beautiful composition.L.Dana

Steve and Mirjana, great to see you both enjoying this Cofu scene. The climb up the old fort hill is well rewarded. Yes, once visited, Corfu will forever remain in your memory!

Regards, Herb

The perfect title, for a wonderful photo. Perfect unfocused background too. L+F
