I come from a back ground of parents who loved to take photo and still very much a part of their lives and I guess you could say its rubbed off. I enjoy surfing, family life and taking photos as a Hobby. I started here on panoramio to show the world a little about my small corner of the world. I hope you enjoy the photos and come away knowing a bit more about this world we live in and how different this part of the world is to the rest of Europe and most other parts of the world.
I have turned the camera back 34 years with a D600 full frame camera enjoying it. still enjoy helping other to enjoy photography as well.
NO MORE INVITES TO NEW GROUPS I DON'T HAVE THE TIME ANY MORE, NOT UNLESS I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND YOUR GROUP IS JUST UP MY ALLY, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE MEET WITH REJECTION.

Steve you will have to keep me posted on the 14-24 i kind of held back because of the sun flare we will get in this sunny state. something nick warned me of when i was thinking. may end up with the compromise 16-35. nights 14-24 stunning by my reckoning steve

Gary the best way to tell you is straight up you need a hole in the clouds way out to the east or west Rise or set to let the sun get underneath the clouds. when there is a whole blanket we miss out but i bet above there is some colour above. if you think of a good sunset or rise lots of hole or gaps in the clouds down at the horizon for the ray to get through to the base of the higher clouds. hope that helps. this is why i am up early to check how dense the cloud cover is before i will move to try and get a shot. this was a test on the area we hoped for clear but knew it would be clouded but we proved its worth a second visit on a clear clear night. all the best from the west steve
