hi, You can rent a bicycle or walk near the "canal du midi", visit all chursh in the town of béziers (i didn't like that because it's so dirty but it's my personal opinion), there are cathares's castels nearby carcassonne, You must to see the adrien's garden (see my photos), If you have a GPS it's good, you can see supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
