In the 60s and 70s the Zambesi Club was located in one of these addresses, and was quite a popular drinking place for many ex-patriates from Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, South Africa, Rhodesia(Zimbabwe)and the local guys, of course. If you couldn't find them at the Zam, chances are they would be the King's Head pub, off Earl's Court Rd, opposite the Tube station...spy13.
