This is the back of the "new" government building, not the classical "Tintenpalast" at all. That can only be seen here partially from the rear, not really its attractive facade, which also goes for the more modern building.
Her er det nye presidentpalasset i Windhoek, det legg beslag på ein heil fjelltopp, med stort gjerde og vakttårn rundt det heile. Palasset blir bygd av eit Kinesisk firma (Kina sin stat).
