Thanks for the photo. It is just the way I remembered it. Halfway from this island to the nearest point to the northwest is a sunken 30 foot tall tree. It comes to 5 feet under the surface. 35 years ago I caught a 5 pound black crappie and entered it in a contest. It didn't even take 5th place.
