Most definitely these are The Sisters - but sorry they are correectly located in Panoramio - they are exactly 800m directly west of the west-most point of Rhonde Island - Located at N12 18'04.32 W61 36'10.40 This is fully 20km at 216 degrees SW from south tip of Carriacou.

J'ai pris cette 2012 photo précisément à cause de votre Panoramio photo de 1959 pour fournir une comparaison - rien n'a changé - sauf nous sommes agés de plus de 50 années!! Si ca c'est vous au coin vous êtes le même age que moi.
Le nôtre est une famille anglaise d'Essex mais le nom n'est pas anglais - je soupçonne le nom est français et peut-être de l'époque de l'occupation anglaise de cette région - peut-être mon ancêtre, Jean de SAMES a voyagé à Angleterre avec les Croisés qui retournent du Moyen-Est
Yes it is a hurricane area - I am also an engineer and cannot believe they continue to build such houses in this area - for sure it won't be there in 20 years!
