When you go on a boat ride from Hoian you will pass this guy. He will throw his net in time for your most excellent photo then pull alongside to show you his catch. Point is, you are his catch as he puts his hand out for some cash. He is probably the richest net fisherman in Vietnam. Ho, and the fish he's holding. All dead. Been there a long time.
