Greetings Paolo. I appreciate your visit and interest in Australian landscapes. noted that you enjoy creating panoramic images: Australia is certainly ideal for creating panoramic images.
I photographed this scene the other day, Amelia. That big wide pavement and the grass verge have been replaced with a wee narrow pavement. It is very pedestrian friendly in your photograph. Nowadays it is all about cars! Cheers, Joe
many thanks everyone. Black church is great and easy to find when there is snow all around :)
There is 165M fall here, which makes it a magnet to me, and each time I stand in the gorge awesome, majestic and special are the words that come from my lips.
Thanks for your appreciation, ƤōƝƓ.
Autumn has arrived here at last, after a long summer with plenty of heat. But the seasons changed violently this year with deluges last week in Brisbane and the previous week in Sydney where accompanying strong winds brought down trees, powerlines and damaged homes. Now all is gentle, calm, and green...quite unlike your Herbst.
And the warmest regards from autumn in OZ.
Still a favourite!
Another of the images that have made Sumiswald so special for me!
Sumiswald in winter - connecting me to the Sumiswald in summer - and all the others seasons that breathe life into your galleries and portrayal of HOME.
I am enjoying your travels, May, and your compositions and your selection of images.
It is always wonderful to explore your galleries, May, and also very special to receive a generous comment from you. I am not finding much time for photography lately, but the love and interest is very much still there. I met a former Swiss citizen yesterday and inevitably in our conversation I spoke of the Emmental and Engadin!
