This picture is in Gyirong, Xigaze, Tibet, China at 28° 52' 55.59" N 85° 21' 31.65" E, which is not even close to Nsochi, Zambia at 9°41'9.74"S; 33° 7'57.28"E. Looks like the Chinese are scamming Google to spread their global sway again. It appears that they pick a remote worldwide location, pop a picture in that location and claim more global influence by presenting a picture of someplace in China.
