R.E.E. The Spanish electrical grid operator has just published statistics for 2009. They show that all of Spain's wind turbines have only produced 22% of their rated capacity. Since wind turbines also draw back some operational power from the grid, which is not subtracted from their production statistics, my net production estimate of 15% of their rated capacity is probably a more correct figure. This is a very poor production record indeed. If the owners were not allowed to skip out on paying taxes, none of these large scale wind projects would be viable. NONE!
conosco un ragazzo che abita a pescia..nel 2005 ci siamo conusciuti a viareggio e credo nell'ottobre dello stesso anno abbiamo litigato ora ci vediamo di rado l'ultima volta che l'ho visto all'inizio di aprile di quest'anno mi ha baciata...i nostri ricordi sono sempre con me e penso che questa foto sia un suo ricordo la neve nel suo paese a natale. lo amo da morire.la tua cucciola
