I visited Quintay Feb, 2009. I only knew of this beautiful place after I saw it in an episode of
Andrew Zimmern Bizarre Foods show. I made a point of taking a day trip here from Santiago to eat in the restaurant (partially shown in this photo) to try Congrio. My comment is for the structure in "mi refugio". Does anyone know if this is a
private home or a place that can be rented for a
week or more. Thank you. I live in Los Angeles,
Calif. and only had 3 days to sightsee in Santiago and area before boarding a cruise ship for a voyage to Buenos Aires. I loved Quintay.
