A simple natural dried arrangement, Berend, reminding me of the particular geology on these steep ridges.
This is a closer view of the hoop pines with a background of native scrub forest.
This trail is not one I had been on before, so I was enjoying new aspects of the landscape I know so well, Berend. The tiered dome topped tree is a native of this part of Australia, and a special tree. Thus I delight in seeing it in virgin forest, towering above the canopy of the other trees.
Superb scenery arranged in all its glory. This is sure is enticement to travel.
