I certainly beleive that the water is clean. There was a healthy growth of moss around the discharge.

If what we smelled was not chlorine, do you know what it was? I will gladly rename the picture appropiately

I take it that you work closely with, or are involbed with, the MD Dept. of the Environment. Is there any chance you could provide me with a good link on the water quality?

Also, if not chlorine, what would be putting out the laundromat smell? It stayed with us going down the river for a good distance, and it was certainly noticeable.
