This is not Fort Amsterdam (even though maps incorrectly name it such), but Battery Concordia. Fort Amsterdam is at the northern end of Lower Town passed Smoke Alley.

that's not true moving those stone you messing with the nature those stones prevent the dirt from going and is a highway for insect that live beneath them don't move them you gonna have no luck
