This is great!
A very colorful place. The few footprints on the trail also stand-out well, like photos of the first footprints on the moon, give it a very secluded feel.
¡Splendid landscape! Greetings, janatim
Hanging on in there, just about barely alive, preserving energy to last for another couple of centuries.... I was hoping the sign might say how old it is.
Neat capture of a sad scene, Kris.
Yes I had several great days swimming and diving here. The picture doesn't quite do it justice. There is every height available to jump from 1 foot to about forty feet. Some people told me they used to climb a tree that is now fallen to jump even higher, no thanks on that one! I Love and miss the Cascade Mountains.
Happy to see that it was able to "land" on Google Earth for ya!
I waited 14 days to say that--He He
With that crazy branch and the brick walk, getting it lined up wasn't much of a challenge. I'd like to claim credit for planning this all out ahead of time, but when I took the first one, it was simply my reaction to what I was seeing at the moment. When I saw it again in the spring, I just couldn't resist! the wait wasn't as long as it looks like in the photos -- that was a very late snow.
