Thank you R. Halim for sharing so many of your Arctic perspectives. Looks like amazing hiking & paddling up there. I can't afford to travel to such a remote place but have been trying for years to get work with Baffinland Mine Project as an operator; that would at least get me into Nunavut, and get some good work done in the meanwhile. This is not the old trading post, but rather one of the original mission houses for the Anglican Church, from the early 1950's. The residence was on the left hand end of the building, while the small church was at the right end (also the dentist's area and equipment that the clergy would be using).
