Complete coincidence! I was travelling back to mulgrave, and had my camera on me. I was planning some long exposures of the traffic, and the bridge swung as we were there.

Kevin is correct- the photo was doctored. The archway actually reads "Welcome to Cape Breton".

While it is in Port Hastings, this is not the "Port Hastings Bridge". It is the Canso Canal Swing-Bridge on the Canso Causeway.
