If you click the small "i" for information, it tells you the type of pillbox and opens a page with several links to more details about them.

This photo has been copied from a slide my dad took when the estate was being built, so is about as big as you'll get. The original land used to belong to a friend of his who lived across the road from us in Hopping Jacks Lane. I can remember walking across here one sunny morning, as a small boy, when it was just a field.

This looks a delightful area for a walk ~ my kind of place. You've captured the sun coming through the trees & reflections in the water > lovely. Greetings from Scotland. Judith

yeah. there is a pub and restaurant called "Dabbling Duck" which is very nice and looks posh for some local people. The website is: http://www.thedabblingduck.co.uk/. But there is another very local pub and restaurant called "Rose and Crown" in Harpley which is just next to this villagle, 5 minutes driving away from Massingham, the food is good and atmosphere is more cosy. I miss these two places very much indeed.

Yes, you can use my picture. Not sure whether you can copy it from this location or I can e-mail it to you, if you leave your e-mail address. It is 1600 x 1200 and approx 1Mb. Richard.
