There was a Ukranian cultural centre on this site. There was an outdoor swimming pool, amphitheatre, and a bunch of other buildings, and campsites (I think).

There used to be an area of the Rattlesnake Point conservation area called the "Buffalo Compound" - The Buffalo are long gone and this is the old disused entrance. It is now posted no parking, no entrance.
