Hi, thank you for showing interest in my page. My name is Si, I live close to Whitby, North Yorkshire. I am a woodworker, but I have the hobby of photography too. I don't specialise in any particular style. I just take images of what I like. My photography equipment is scant. And my style is simple... Headphones in. Camera in hand. And spare battery in the pocket. Get out there and enjoy! But, however, for long exposures I take a tripod. Please check my facebook page also, as this has photos which are not uploaded here. Photos from a group called Goggles, Goths and Lenses. Which is all about our models dressing up and a few togs getting nice shots in great settings. www.facebook.com/sighsphotography. Recently, English Heritage, and more particularly, Whitby Abbey have asked me to cover their events. So hence the reason you will see many images of the abbey in my pages. Again, thank you for looking. Please take a moment to comment on any image you may like.

Since it is the ideal vehicle for getting the Mayor trapped in it, progress remains slow :)))

Like Turkish underground citys! Interesting!

we are, probably, but we are not alone...

Thank you very much, ORLANDO/42, for the nice comment and the visit.

Greetings from Michigan, Marlene

Stunning shot Neil, and quite threatening!

Best, Maja

Many thanks, as always, Sam, for your constructive input. Weather/legs permitting, I'll be back up on Hungry again this summer, with my better camera (which I can manually control) and, if the result is going to be especially enhanced from this, with my sturdy tripod. Hopefully the result will reward the effort of getting it up there! This attempt was using my small, hand held, automatically exposed, non-SLR digital camera, standing on the top of the trig point in bright, but somewhat breezy, conditions, and stitched together with the software that came free with the PC. Now that Neil8 has pointed me in the direction of the package that enabled me to stitch the latest two panos of Bantry Bay, I should be well equipped to provide a better vista. I'm looking forward to it already!! Best Beara wishes, Clive

Wow, a really impressive photo! Best Regards Ulli

No jest - well not quite a shopping centre however Aldi are using the adjacent land for a supermarket.
