... and I hate to be positive. It is positively Summer House Hill with the two trees thereon. If you have a look on Google Earth and identify Summer House Hill, you will be able to see the two trees (they look like one tree but if you look closer, you will see that there are two tree not just one.
It is not Pen Hill, .... Sorry. :-)

Hello Donald, It's certainly seems a lovely place to live, I love the abbey. But yes it does get rather cut off from the world in the rainy season! You're better off on high land!!
