An interesting photo. I have not been able to get near Toddington Manor since the restoration began. It will be interesting to see it once the covers come off. Are you sure that this is a ruin rather than a folly? It looks as though it could have been built that way.

My photos of Saintbury Church are now on my photostream, along with the other 3 churches I visited. A lovely church, and I got a couple of decent shots, and one inside too. Sadly was overcast but never mind!! Please comment, favourite, etc :)

Hi Graham I always take an interest in trees that I see around the Villages Churches when taking Photographs and always try to keep them in the scene. I will have to try to spot the difference between the Redwood and the Giant Sequoia. regards Bob

Many thanks, I would have liked to have included a shot of the church from the south side but at the present time it is being restored and is hidden by scaffolding and covers, so it looks a mess. When it is complete I shall upload another shot. However, this shot does make an interesting perspective and shows the colour of the local stone well. All best, Graham
