NZ Frenzy Guidebook.…'s conversations

Dawn light is no good----you need to wait until about 9am to get any light inti the mountains.

This is the famed view platform. Don't waste your time at the "View of views" lookout.

People spend a huge amount of time here every summer leaving "tributes to NZ" via stacks of rocks.

Sometimes simplicity is elegance.

WOW, you'll be taking your photo with all the other tourists...and all of a sudden the eels appear from underneath the view platform---NEAT!

Ttruman Cove's waterfall is great for an alfresco shower. Make sure you visit at low tide. NZ Frenzy not only tells you the best stuff to see and do, but also tells you the details you need to make the most of your visit.

Where else in the world can you see barnacle-encrusted petrified stumps, especially with penguins waddling past them. Gotta love NZ!!!!! Entry F6 has all the info you need to make the most out of a trip to Curio Bay. This is one of my favorite spots on the entire South island.

Note the summertime crowd in the lodge carpark---hahahahaha! it may be just you and oooh-la-la up here!

This leads to one of the best views anywhere in New Zealand!! Amazingly, Tourism Queenstown doesn't promote this area for summertime visitation much. All the better. Entry G11 details the glories of the Remarkables Road.

There is a path thru the shrubs down to this cove, so it is swimmable.
