Well, have in mind I was on an airplane approaching the airport... and according to Panoramio recommendations, we should post the photos where they were taken (where we were standing), not where the subject of the photo is... and I was quite far into the ocean looking sideways at the skyline. Where exactly the picture should be?

{Executive Government Council} Flag: Horizontally blue over red with on a white tribal chief star in the center within {Greater Arms} Coat of Arms.

The top part of the flag is blue in color which signifies the colored population and it’s African connections. The bottom part of the flag is red color in symbol of the multi ethnic race of the country. The {White Tribal Chief Star} in the center of the flag is the symbol of freedom and (Independent Government) within the center {Greater Arms} Coat of Arms: The coat of arms exists since the 16th century.

The first original {Executive Government Council} flag was sewn by Bambara Ulysse Hermilise on May 7, 2010, during the new {Haiti} Executive Government Council in Léogâne, Haiti., under the instructions of Joél Filsaime flag design by D.P.R “Staff”.

cara, que eu me lembre, é só abrir a foto clicando nela que ela mostra com espaço para comentário, certo? se voce clicar de novo ele da um zoom mostrando a foto toda na tela.

Neste momento, se voce clicar com o botão direito do mouse devera abrir um menu de opções que inclui "Salvar esta imagem" ou algum comando com nome semelhante a este (dependendo da versão e do tipo de browser que você usa).

Você provavelmente consegue fazer isso com qualquer imagem de qualquer site... espero ter podido ajudar.
