The cranes are cause Sagrada Familia is under construction since the '80s of XIX century, and has not an end date. Now architechts talk about year 2030 but it is not sure. It remains a lot of work, like 7 more towers, and the tallest one of 180 mts. high (actuals have barely 100 mts.). So surely you will see the cranes if you come :)
