I have always been intrigued by this old plow ever since I first saw it exploring the Dodge city rd. It would be nice to have something like this to keep my camps road open during the winter. Very cool!
The asymmetrical hill this side of the horizon is Limestone Mountain. It and nearby Sherman Hill have the only non-Precambrian rocks in the western UP. They are mid-Paleozoic, preserved because a graben formed in (probably) late Paleozoic time, causing the Paleozoic rocks to sink and thus be protected from erosion.
