Tried both ends. The west end is quite clearly the only possible way. The east end, I couldn't even find the railbeds! plus those weeds are neck high on me, and I'm 6' tall!

Its a wonderful old bridge, and Eau Claire has no reason to tear this 130 year old bridge down....
