You will be prompted to choose the file you want to upload
After choosing the photo, it will ask you to map it - type the name of the city or area the photo was taken, and a map will appear. Move the red pointer to the exact location, and click "finish".
The "Help" icon has good information about all this stuff.
It might take a month or so for it to show up on Google Earth
