This "camp" was the first night on an 8-day Rim of Africa Conservation Mega-trail (www.rimofafrica.co.za). Done with the knowledge and support of Cape Nature.

A car can do it, but I wouldn't. A bakkie or high clearance is best. No 4x4 required

Note the colour of the water. The dam is heavily silted up and holds but a fraction of its capacity.
