I'm an amateur photographer who on the odd occasion is at the right place at the right time. I have been taking pictures since I was about eight years old using a hand-me-down 110 Instamatic. I've also had a Pentax Zoom 90-WR, Kodak Z740, and now a Kodak Z990 digital camera. I enjoy taking pictures of flowers (especially wildflowers), lighthouses, waterfalls, architecture, and other things I find interesting, which is just about everything. My profile picture is a self-portrait taken outside Voodoo Doughnuts in downtown Portland Oregon, July 2013.

Hehe, it's a joke sign, but probably should be posted in more places!

Hope this turns into a great crop of some fruit. Very beautiful.

Thanks, Pam. A family of alligators lives a little further down this road, but the road was flooded, and the mother was sleeping on the road, so I decided not to disturb her and whatever else was sleeping in the shallow water.

By the way, in general I wouldn't recommend putting pawpaws in your pocket. They can be messy if they get squished.

You're right, David! I have to remember that more often. ; )

Hello, Patrick, merci beaucoup! Have a good week.

Gross, huh? My grandkids started stomping on them and then got freaked out because they scampered like mad up their legs. Lol!

LIKE 3. This shot works well in black and white. Best wishes from Scotland, Joe
