I'm an amateur photographer who on the odd occasion is at the right place at the right time. I have been taking pictures since I was about eight years old using a hand-me-down 110 Instamatic. I've also had a Pentax Zoom 90-WR, Kodak Z740, and now a Kodak Z990 digital camera. I enjoy taking pictures of flowers (especially wildflowers), lighthouses, waterfalls, architecture, and other things I find interesting, which is just about everything. My profile picture is a self-portrait taken outside Voodoo Doughnuts in downtown Portland Oregon, July 2013.

Srdačan pozdrav iz Srbije, draga Diane !

A most impressive grotto! Looks like a beautiful place to visit!

Very interesting architecture! Not what you expect to see in the U.S.

Beautiful interplay of light and shadows. This is lovely!

coloradojak's comment really cracks me up. Reminds me of the book "Uncle Mike's Guide to the Real Oregon Coast".

Interesting capture.

Love the shadow effect the black and white causes with the waves. Wonderful capture.

Thank you, Billy - I was mesmerized by these graceful lovely creatures - had to be careful not to dreamwalk myself into other viewers. This was a lucky capture - I was surprised by it. Have a great weekend (O:

Hi, Pamela, and thanks! I wish I could have enjoyed them for a longer time. Best wishes (O:

Thanks, dearest GW - dream the dream - keep watching! Hugs and happy weekend (O:
