Fastkenny, if you'll check my post of Apr, 2007, I mentioned that the place burned in the '90's and was never rebuilt. Maybe your comb will be a collector's item someday. Sorry.
This is a picture of my 200 acres, taken from near Hwy 178 toward the southwest. It is not a picture that should have a marker on Google Maps or Google Earth labeled Hwy 178. The picture is taken from about 5 miles west of Freeman Junction (14 and 178). The lines from the right of the picture to the left are the routes the fire was driven by the afternoon westerly wind. The fire ws started by lightning. I named the peak Trident Peak which is named after old mining claim names in the area.
Hey, you know that little dead end street that comes off HWY 101 on the south side of the river, just before the bridge? Did there used to be a bridge there? On the opposite side of the river there's a similar 'dead end' spot.
