sherrybrandy The restaurant's name refers to the "Boto Rosa (Pink Dolphin)" which is part of local folklore. But now is called "Tucunaré na telha" due to a dish that is made of fish (Tucunaré) and served in something resembling a tile.

Sadly, I think this Mexicali Rosa's is closed down now along with the one at Winston Churchill & Dundas. Too bad, I loved that restaurant.
