That view brings back memories, you know we used to ride down that hill (Cherwell avenue) when we where kids doing no hands all the way to the bottom!

Is the farm still owned by the Robinsons as is there still a pond over to the far right of where this picture was taken from?

Monument to Commander Charles Gerland Forsberg OBE on Morecambe Promenade. This is at the Heysham end of the town, at the bottom of the car park off Marin road west and Sandylands Promenade.

This is inside Macclesfield Football Club on a snowy winters morning. The gates where open when I walked past so I stuck my camera inside and took this picture.

This is the old railway siding which is now part of the Dane Moss area, its now a nature reserve.

If you follow the path from Gawsworth you will end up crossing the Railway line and then onto the Macclesfield Canal.
