www.gefrin.com
I am the author of www.gefrin.com which is designed to provide an introduction the the archaeology in and around the Cheviot Hills and north Northumberland. The site is not funded in any way though I am indebted to the help I have had from archaeologists Roger Miket and Paul Frodsham in keeping the site both accurate and up to date. The site forms the on line information point for Gefrin Trust who I am also involved with on a voluntary basis as web designer. The Northumberland National Park have also suggested using my site to host an on line diary illustrating the progress of any future investigations at Yeavering Bell or the Anglian palace site of Ad Gefrin. The site has been a great success and has attracted visitors to the area from as far away as France and Spain. Feedback from the site continues to encourage me to improve and add to it.
