Hi, I am new user of panoramio , I have uploaded some pics in panoramio its been about 10 day ago the panoramio status the pics are “selected for Google Earth [?] “ but still does not appear on google maps, or earth. so I would like to know how much time this will take to appear in google maps or earth.

Nice pictures. You are right, it is the first Modern Hotel in Ethiopia as well as the first restaurant. The name of the hotel is different, based on different writers. But as an Ethiopian, I believe this one is the correct one "Etege Taitu Hotel" or can be written as "Etege Tayitu Hotel".
