Indeed it was, 9:45pm local (which at that point in Winter was many hours past sunset). It's looking West-Northwest which means all that color is light from Waukesha, Wi reflected off the low-laying clouds. I increased the saturation above what's normal but those are the colors that were there that night.

That day on the Plateau was our favorite, too---until the kidney stone appeared at the end of the day, ha ha.
My first inclination for this summer was to go in at Double Cabin over to Kirwin, along the greybull and over Burwell Pass. Still might do that, don't know.
