My Brother, Bill B. Smith, and myself brought our Dad to Burnside on April 17, 1967 from New Castle, Indiana. He was presented the key to the city and given the title as a Honorable Kentucky Colonel for being the 1st troop leader of the 1st group of Boy Scouts of America. Almost two years later is when the Government anounced the Boy Scouts of America.
