Well maggie I did have the camera on a tripod when I took this picture, there is some movement in the waterflow I could have given it more time such as with some of my traffic pictures which uses the technique you mentioned.

Thank you Bromide. Not as spectacular as yours would be :) I didn't have my tripod that weekend. Used a seat in the wee shelter hut that is there to steady the camera. Not the best of temporary tripods but it sufficed I suppose.

Why did you put your iso to 400? and a 0.6 exposure?
Thought these were only used in night settings?
