Saw a huge snake (Black Tiger) about 100 metres into the walk! It was stretched across the path. We had to divert around it. Saw three others on the same day along the walk. Very exciting.

OK, thanks fishntassie. Some maps say this is the blue lake (actually the last time I looked it was green). I think the real Blue Lake is a little further west.
